9apk is an online casino platform designed for players in Myanmar. The platform offers services including football betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, Sic Bo and table games.

The purpose of this agreement is to clearly set out the player's rights and responsibilities, 9apk's service policies, financial procedures, and bonus usage rules.

To open an account with 9apk, a player must meet the following requirements—

• You must register using your own accurate personal details (name, date of birth, contact information).
• Only one account per person is allowed; opening a second account from the same IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, 9apk may request KYC (Know Your Customer identity verification) before a withdrawal is processed.
• If the information provided is found to be inaccurate, 9apk may suspend the account immediately.
• Players must keep their account username and password secure at all times; sharing login credentials with a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposits

• Deposits must be made using the player's own payment method only; deposits from a third party's payment method are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, Bank Transfer.
• The bank account used for deposits must match the player's registered name.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour of the request (Myanmar Time, MMT).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same verified payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if the bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, 9apk may carry out further checks and temporarily place the withdrawal on hold.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement: bonus × 20).

General Bonus Rules

• The wagering requirement for each bonus must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If you attempt to withdraw winnings from a bonus without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Each player (one account, one IP address, one household) can claim the welcome bonus one time only.
• When using a bonus, bets placed on game types restricted by 9apk will not count toward the wagering requirement.

VIP-Level Cashback

9apk VIP tier players (Bronze, Silver, Gold) receive weekly cashback—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier upgrades are decided by 9apk based on each player's playing activity and duration.

9apk provides games that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure players receive fair outcomes. Every game result is completely random and is never predetermined.

• Game software is regularly audited by third-party audits.
• Data transmitted between players and 9apk is protected by SSL encryption.
• Players' game records are maintained by 9apk and will be referenced in the event of any dispute.

If a game server fails due to a technical fault, bets in progress at that time will not be counted. Only bets that were successfully completed before the failure will be considered valid.

Every player using the 9apk platform must strictly follow the responsibilities below—

• You must ensure that the personal information provided at registration is accurate.
• You are responsible for the security of your own account; any unauthorized access must be reported to 9apk immediately.
• Only your own funds may be used for play; gambling with borrowed money or investment funds is not allowed.
• You must make your own decisions about using 9apk's responsible gaming tools effectively.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses intentionally is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9apk platform and may result in account closure or forfeiture of remaining balance—

• Attempting fraud, money laundering, or chargebacks.
• Using false personal information or opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Playing with software bots, scripts, exploits, or automation tools.
• Using software exploits to gain advance knowledge of game results.
• Processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties through their payment methods.
• Advertising using the 9apk name for personal gain without official permission.

In such cases, 9apk reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9apk may suspend or close a player's account and withhold any remaining balance without prior notice if any one or more of the following conditions are found—

• When the information provided is found to be inaccurate.
• When a violation of any clause of these terms and conditions is found upon investigation.
• When an investigation is required due to suspected money laundering or unauthorized payment activity.
• When a player requests self-exclusion to close their own account.
